First off, I don't make a big distinction -- as I see elsewhere so often -- between so-called NAFLD (non-alcoholic fatty-liver disease), i.e., fatty livers caused by hyper-carbohydrate diets -- what most people consume -- and fatty livers caused by alcohol.
